The footage showing off his shooting techniques surfaced after Webber was arrested for allegedly gunning down Bradrick Michael Wells, 27, when a late-night joyride turned violent late Sunday. Webber was driving three friends in his Tesla SUV when he got into a heated spat with the victim, who was his front seat passenger, just before 10:30 p.m., cops said.
