The woman who filed for a restraining order against Puka Nacua on Tuesday is now suing the NFL superstar.

”“Puka denies these allegations in the strongest possible terms,” McCathern said. “We will be filing a defamation lawsuit and pursuing all available legal remedies in response to these false and damaging statements.” Atiabi, in her suit, claimed her issues with Nacua began shortly after she arrived at a Dec. 31, 2025 group dinner in Century City. She wrote in her suit that “Nacua became intoxicated and was acting strange and ‘touchy feely’ with the women at the dinner.”“ is of the Jewish faith and immediately felt uncomfortable and emotionally distressed,” the lawsuit states. A short time later, Nacua allegedly sat in between Atiabi and her girlfriend in a Sprinter van “and became physically aggressive and sexually provocative.” Atiabi is accusing Nacua of biting her girlfriend’s thumb, before taking a chunk out of her shoulder, “leaving a circular imprint of his teeth on her body and injuring and harming” her. Atiabi’s request for a restraining order against Nacua was temporarily denied. A hearing on the situation has been slated for April 14.
