A man died Monday morning in an auto-pedestrian crash in Provo. Roadways were blocked in the area of Center Street and 500 West on Friday morning.

Investigators with the Provo Police Department on Friday were looking for a white van in connection to a fatal auto-pedestrian crash in the pre-dawn hours.
PPD public information officer Jana-Lee Holland reported first responders found the man dead at the scene. "A light-colored van then traveled through the intersection, hitting the victim, and did not remain at the scene or report an accident," Holland stated.
