A reasonable plan must be centered on the transportation element. The Hillcrest neighborhood split by Route 163 has only three major roads to use going east-west, short of driving to Downtown or to Mission Valley.

Roy Dahl Hillcrest In regards to the report about “transforming” Hillcrest, all the city officials who are in favor of these proposals and doing away with single-family neighborhoods won’t be getting my vote in the next election and should be voted out of office. Single-family neighborhoods are under assault by developers and by city officials who seem to be in their pockets.
