Prodisee Pantry relies on community partners and volunteers to make sure those who need food don’t go without. This happens year-round but the holidays are especially important. Now is the chance anyone in the community can lend a helping hand.
) - Prodisee Pantry is gearing up for the holiday season and it all gets started Saturday, October 26, 2024 with the 15th Annual Prodisee Pantry Turkey Trot. Sign up for the 5K or Family Fun Run and do your part to help make Thanksgiving a great one for Baldwin County families in need.
“Nine tons of turkey and ten tons of holiday food will go out during the month of November, during Thanksgiving,” said Prodisee Pantry Executive Director, Deann Servos. “Every runner is a turkey at Prodisee Pantry’s Turley Trot and that means that for every runner that registers and runs the race, we’re able to purchase a turkey that we then give out at Thanksgiving, so the Turley Trott does kick off the holidays for Prodisee Pantry,” Servos explained.
