The royal arrived in good spirits at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London this morning, and during her visit she met with and thanked the hospital staff who cared for her during her stay. ”As for how she’s feeling now that her own treatment is done, Kate said, “You think the treatment has finished and you can crack on and get back to normal, but that’s still a real challenge. The words totally disappear. And understanding that as a patient, yes, there are side effects around treatment, but actually there are more long-term side effects.
