The relative said that Jordan suffers from seizures, authorities said. Jordan was last seen in the area of Allenby Street around July 25 or July 26, according to authorities.
Jordan is about 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet tall and weighs 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark jeans, a T-shirt and unknown color sneakers.
