The pregnant woman was driving a Nissan eastbound on Blossom Hill when it collided with a Hyundai occupied by two unknown males traveling south on Winfield.ABC7 Bay Area 24/7 streaming channelBoth males fled the scene of the accident, and police determined that the car they had been traveling in was stolen.
The identity of the victim will be released by the Santa Clara County Coroner's Office after confirming the woman's identity and notifying next of kin.
