Portillo's shared posts featuring images of solid colors and the caption"1.27.26" on their social media profiles Wednesday.The colors in the post on X are a cherry red, a dark maroon almost brown color, teal and mustard yellow, while their Instagram post has the addition of a cream-colored image.Though the hot dog chain gave no further explanation for what is to come, many commenters speculated that the colors could represent new sauces.celebrating the record-breaking number of comebacks this season by the Chicago Bears was announced by Portillo's last month, with a release date of sometime in January. The restaurant describes the sauce as a creamy, tangy dipping sauce with black pepper, garlic and paprika.
