Moore is facing a capital murder charge in connection to the shooting deaths of two people: Camren Stacy and Kamari Smith-Capps, both 18. On March 22, investigators found the teenagers shot while inside a vehicle in the 3800 block of Dixon Avenue, near Bourquin Street, police said.How police connected Moore to the double homicide is unclear.
