'In an accompanying message alongside the video, which has received more 860,000 views, the account said: 'Wisconsin law enforcement lining up to shake hands with a convicted felon.'The clip was shared by Michael Hayden, a former CIA director and retired four-star USAF general, who said: 'You should be ashamed.
