Police are requesting the public's assistance in identifying three men who allegedly stole a kitten from a PetSmart store in Lynnwood, Washington, on Tuesday evening. The Lynnwood Police Department (LPD) reports that around 6:30 p.m., one of the suspects is believed to have placed a 10-week-old kitten named 'Booberry' into his jacket and fled the store. The suspects were last observed driving away in a black, Mini Cooper-style vehicle.
Law enforcement officials are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact investigators at 425-670-5628 and leave a voicemail. Members of the public can also submit anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound through the P3 Tips application.
