Police are looking for Joshua Martin Bresnick, 32, on a homicide warrant out of Franklin County. Police say he is considered armed and dangerous.Bresnick, 32, is accused of fatally shooting 20-year-old Rakeem Floyd at around 6:45 p.m. in front of a Family Dollar.they were dispatched to the mall at 6:44 p.m. that evening for a reported shooting. Upon arrival, police found a dead man lying on the roadway in front of the mall, in the area of the Family Dollar store.
Witnesses told officers that a fight occurred before shots were fired, police said.
