Alimou Diallo was last seen at 2 a.m. in the family’s home on the 600 block of Elizabeth Avenue, three hours before his mother discovered he was missing, Newark police said. Alimou was wearing a blue T-shirt and a white diaper. Anyone with information is asked to call the Newark crime stopper tip line at 877-695-8477. All anonymous tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
