“Of the total IPs opened until March 17, 11 cases have been brought to the court for prosecution under Section 505 of the Penal Code, three classified as no further action by prosecutors and 26 were still under investigation,” he said in a statement here. He then reminded the public to stop making, uploading or sharing unverified news or reports on social media or other similar platforms as it will create anxiety and panic among the public.
