The suspect turned himself in Friday to Glendale Police in the April 5 death of Gianni Fernandez. A second man was injured in the shooting.
A man and woman are already in custody in connection with the fatal shooting of Gianni Fernandez on April 5.Police said they believe Blake Warren, 20, has"crucial information" about the killing of 20-year-old Gianni Fernandez, who was fatally shot inside an apartment at Urban Phenix about 3 a.m. April 5. Another man was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.After the shooting, police released photos of three people they said were possibly involved.
At 2:59 a.m., Sandoval and two men were seen fleeing the complex. One of the two men was later identified as Caleb Choice, 22, according to police. Choice turned himself into the police. Sandoval was arrested in Texas but has been brought back to Colorado to face charges.Police said previously they had not yet identified the third person seen running from the complex.
