Neighbours rescued people inside the property in Lingmell Close, and another occupant was taken to hospital
A man has been charged with arson in connection with a house fire in West Bridgford . Emergency services were called to Lingmell Close on Friday, July 19, around 3am after receiving reports a house was ablaze.
The flames were put out, but the front door, hallway, and staircase of the property were damaged. Clive Hawker, 54 and of Lingmell Close, has since been charged with arson with intent to endanger life.
