COLUMBUS, Ohio — A motorcyclist is dead after a crash in southwest Columbus Friday evening, police said.
According to the Columbus Division of Police, a purple Kia Sorento was traveling south on Holt Road around 4:30 p.m. and was attempting to turn left to go east on Georgesville Square Drive. A red Ducati motorcycle was traveling north on Holt Road and was passing the intersection of Georgesville Square Drive when the two vehicles collided.
The motorcyclist was ejected from the bike. They were transported to Doctors West Hospital and pronounced dead at 5:11 p.m.WBNS would like to send you push notifications about the latest news and weather.
