Polestar is set to unveil three rally-inspired Arctic Specials at the FAT International ice race in February 2025. The models, developed with Polestar's head of driving dynamics Joakim Rydholm, feature raised ride heights with adjustable Ohlins dampers, new wheels and tires, spotlights, Recaro seats, and unique liveries. Modifications vary between the Polestar 3 and 4, with the larger 3 sporting a roof rack and snow ladders, while the 4 includes all-terrain skis and a drift-inspired handbrake.

Modifications vary between the Polestar 3 and 4, with the suspension raised by 40mm on the latter and 20mm on the former. The larger Polestar 3 arguably looks more dakar-ready with its big roof rack housing a spare wheel and ultra-bright light bar, as well as snow ladders. The Polestar 4 meanwhile looks the business with all-terrain skis and even gets a drift-inspired hand brake.
