The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed former Notre Dame standout Adetokunbo Ogundeji.

Adetokunbo ‘Ade’ Ogundeji to their practice squad. Ogundeji was a free agent all summer, and the Steelers hosted him for a workout on Thursday, and they ended up signing him to the practice squad.
He spent the last three seasons with the Falcons’ fifth-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, but they cut him in May with the turnover on the staff.in his three seasons with the team, but gives the Steelers a bigger body in the outside linebacker room that they can use.He will join Marcus Haynes as the two outside linebackers still on the practice squad.
A native of Michigan, Ogundeji is a veteran addition to that room who can be called up for run defense help in a pinch. The Steelers have now filled out 15 of their 16 allotted practice squad spots after adding Ogundeji into the mix.
