Community members on Tuesday celebrated the start of Lunar New Year at Duc Vien Buddhist Temple in San Jose. The Vietnamese community celebrates the Lunar New Year — called Tết Nguyên Đán, which means “Feast of the First Morning” in English — as a major holiday that brings family and friends together.
