Here's the perfect recipe for Lunar New Year
1½ quarts Pork Stock½ small napa cabbage, chopped

Using a butter knife, spread the paste across the surface to create one thin, even layer, adding more shrimp paste if necessary. Tightly roll the omelet and set aside.
