Want to take part in the fun and get your share of the 100,000 oysters organizers expect to dish out this weekend? Head on out to St. Mary’s University for day two of Oyster Bake. It’ll be going until 11 p.m. tonight. But it’s not the only Fiesta event happening this weekend. There’s also A Taste of New Orleans at Sunken Garden Theater until 11 p.m. today and from noon until 10 p.m. Sunday.Fiesta Arts Fair until 6 p.m. at University of Texas at San Antonio’s SW CampusFiesta de los Reyes until 1 a.m. at Market SquareThe investiture of King Antonio from 6:15 to 8 p.m. at Alamo Plaza
