JUST IN: Experiencing problems? You’re not alone. Thousands have reported outages with most of the complaints coming from Florida and Georgia. Windstream

News4JAX found that from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., thousands of customers complained their internet was down and no employees could be reached via phone or through its website.“Down in Interlachen FL since about 8:30 1/18/23. Can’t get through on phone or chat. So frustrating. Oddly enough the website is still up, touting how reliable they are. ;-)” another customer wrote.

“If you look at the map it looks like a good part of the Eastern United States Is down,” another wrote. News4JAX is digging deeper into the problem and when customers can expect services to restore. We reached out to Windstream via email and could not find any way to contact them via social media. We are waiting to hear back.
