PHIVOLCS said this included the magnitude 4.8 aftershock recorded early Friday, according to a report on "24 Oras". Meanwhile, the provincial government continues to inspect the affected buildings for possible cracks.Water supply in the huge portion of Masbate was already restored while classes and government work remain cancelled.
