Irineo C. Espino, Defense Senior Undersecretary, honored Brigadier General Ronald Jess S. Alcudia with the Outstanding Achievement Medal during a ceremony at the Department of Defense Social Hall. This accolade recognizes BGEN Alcudia's significant contributions as the proponent and lead expert for the Implementing Rules and Regulations training program, established under the National Service Training Program for tertiary-level students.
Defense Senior Undersecretary Irineo C. Espino conferred the Outstanding Achievement Medal on Brigadier General Ronald Jess S. Alcudia, MNSA, of the Philippine Army, during a ceremony held on Wednesday at the Department of Defense Social Hall.
This program was established under Republic Act No. 9163, series of 2002, which created the National Service Training Program for tertiary-level students. They honored six Model Supervisors and six Model Employees from various DND-wide offices, including the AFP, the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office , the National Defense College of the Philippines , the Government Arsenal , and the Veterans Memorial Medical Center .
