Teodoro stressed the importance of fostering trust and confidence between their armed forces, describing the cooperation as a step toward 'a more fraternal Asean.'The MOU comes as the Philippines establishes a partnership with its Asean neighbors to deter China's aggressive actions in the South China Sea.Several Asean countries are holding the 32nd Armies Rifle Meeting in Clark, Pampanga.
