Scattered snow flurries on Thursday will serve as a preview to a much more unsettled weather weekend with rain and snow that could impact the Eagles playoff game.
FOX 29's Sue Serio says any chance of snow will happen in the afternoon and evening when clouds become more widespread and temperatures hover in the 30s.Forecasters do not expect much, if any, snow to accumulate on Thursday. Seasonal temperatures in the 40s and uninterrupted sunshine is ahead on Friday, before an unsettled weekend that promises to bring more wet weather.A chance of snow on Thursday will happen between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Similar conditions will linger into Saturday, but another system will move in during the afternoon and evening with rain slated for most places starting around 3 p.m.Temperatures will dive back into the 30s on Sunday with a chance of snow for the Eagles playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams. Snow will start around 5 p.m. and continue through the evening. Forecasters are still working to trace the track of the storm, but heavy snowfall totals aren't expected.
