1 person hurt after being shot by Indiana State Police trooper

Troopers encountered the person just after 10 a.m. and they had multiple warrants for their arrest, Perrine said. The person fled from police then there was an encounter where they were shot by a trooper, Perrine said at the scene.. The man was arrested on several preliminary charges related to the Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023 shooting.
