The Buckeyes will host Penn State in a three-game series with game one set for Friday at 7 p.m. ET. Saturday's matchup will face off at 6 p.m. ET and Sunday's will do the same, if necessary.
Should Ohio State prevail, it would participate in a single-elimination semifinal hosted by the higher-seeded team on Saturday, March 11 . The championship game will take place Saturday, March 18 . Ohio State split the regular season series with Penn State with each school winning twice. The Buckeyes outscored the Nittany Lions, 12-11, over those four contests.
Steve Rohlik's squad has gone just 1-3-2 with one shootout win over its last six outings and is 18-13-3 overall this season.
