“This is the state proposal that includes the Department of Agriculture in the nation to operate and administer the program.” “As we make it legalized, we also have to look at how we pick somebody up for DWI or DUI. Right now, there is no diminished amount of marijuana that can be in your system and not be considered to be intoxicated. You have so many people today using medical marijuana, that we have to look at that, and then we have to move forward.”
