Illegal drugs composed of 28 kilos of shabu and 163 grams of marijuana with a combined value of P191 million were destroyed on Saturday morning, Feb. 18, here.

Included in the items that were destroyed were the numerous kilos of shabu that were seized from a South African national at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport. From the seizure, the PDEA-7 conducted the necessary examination and inventory of the illegal drugs, said Montallana. “We also want to send a message that confiscated illegal drugs are being properly disposed of,” said Bearis.
