Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Davao Region, and Bohol will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the trough of the Low Pressure Area (LPA), PAGASA reported.
At 3 a.m. on Friday, the Low Pressure Area was estimated at 765 kilometers east southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur as the northeast monsoon continues to affect Luzon and Visayas, PAGASA reported.
The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with light rains also due to the northeast monsoon but with no significant impact.
