An investigation has commenced after a flight from Melbourne bound for Bali had to be turned around due to an angry passenger's explosive mid-air outburst.
The Australian Federal Police are investigating after a Jetstar passenger allegedly launched an abusive tirade just a couple hours into a Melbourne to Bali flight on Monday.An investigation has commenced after a flight from Melbourne bound for Bali had to be turned around due to an angry passenger's explosive mid-air outburst.
Footage from onboard the plane later emerged showing a woman unleashing on her fellow passengers, allegedly hurling abuse as she grew red in the face.Crew members and other passengers attempted to calm her before was restrained. The AFP responded to the request for assistance, receiving a report of a"disturbance” on the international flight.
Fellow passenger Kyle Hand claimed he was seated next to the woman and started filming when the incident started to escalate.
