A Jetstar passenger has described chaotic scenes on a Bali flight when a woman had a meltdown mid-flight — and the pilot turned the aircraft back to Melbourne. On Sunrise on Tuesday, Kyle Hand said the woman was walking up and down the aisles for a bit before becoming abusive towards an elderly man.
Passenger describes mayhem on Bali flight turned around because of abusive passenger. “She started abusing and threatening to assault, I would say the guy would have been about 75, and that’s when it really kicked off,” Hand said. “I am not sure what happened but she kept abusing a few more people down the back — they ended up restraining her.” In the footage, the disgruntled passenger complained about not being able to find her phone — which Hand said was eventually found.
