Palm Royale is on Apple TV+ now!

Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Palm Beach is full of beautiful people, expensive cars, and, just under the surface, a world of manipulation in Palm Royale. Maxine Simmons has long dreamed of belonging to the high-class world of Palm Beach, and she may have finally found her chance as the last heir, along with her husband, to her in-law's family fortune.

Robinson's Character Virginia Doesn't Fit Into The Palm Royale World Screen Rant: This show is gorgeous, and you are absolutely phenomenal in it. Can you tell me a bit about Virginia and how she fits into this world? Amber Chardae Robinson: I think for me, what drew me to this role is the feminism aspect of it, because I have yet to see what it looks like for an African American woman in the feminist movement in a time like this. We struggle a lot and we still struggle today with where we fit in this movement, and I was really eager to explore what that looked like for someone who looked like me in a time where there's so much oppression and so much that is stacked up against us.

There's a lot of hidden depth to Virginia, especially for someone who's more plugged into the realities of 1969 than a lot of the other characters. Can you talk about laying that groundwork for the deeper elements that comes through, especially with Virginia's relationship with Linda?
