William Kamm, who refers to himself as 'Little Pebble' and founded a notorious doomsday cult on the NSW South Coast, applies for bail in the Supreme Court.

Self-styled cult leader and convicted paedophile William Kamm has been granted bail in the NSW Supreme Court after allegedly breaching his supervision orders for a second time. The convicted paedophile and cult leader was arrested in MayKamm, who refers to himself as "Little Pebble" and founded the notorious religious doomsday cult Order of Saint Charbel at a compound near Nowra, applied for his release on Thursday.

The charges were laid months after Kamm pleaded guilty last November to a similar breach, after he used his wife's Facebook to message a young woman. Mr Lange said if bail was denied, "perversely" his client would be able to access the internet more freely. The prosecutor agreed."It's clear the difficulty is with the use of the internet, and if that can be capped the difficulties fall away."Justice Peter Garling granted bail and said he was satisfied Kamm had shown why his detention was not justified, including the potential "significant delay" until his matter would be heard and resolved.

Kamm is also required to adhere to the ongoing conditions imposed under his Extended Supervision Order which restrict him from returning to his cult grounds near Nowra. The order was imposed on the self-proclaimed prophet following his release from prison in 2014.
