An Ozark man is dead after a two-vehicle crash Friday.
OZARK- A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 2:20 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17, has claimed the life of an Ozark man, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Troopers.
Dennis P. Prescott, 62, was fatally injured when the 2004 Honda CRV that he was driving collided head-on with the 2018 Chevrolet Traverse driven by Daniel R. McWhorter, 39, of Ozark. Prescott was pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash occurred on Dale County 21 near Penny Point Road, approximately one mile southeast of Ozark, in Dale County.
