Organization to host 2nd annual Juneteenth protest at Dauphin County Prison to advocate ‘for true justice and freedom’
A local organization will host the second annual Juneteenth protest at Dauphin County Prison on Monday to raise awareness of what they say are ongoing problems with its facility and treatment of incarcerated people., the “Love In Action Juneteenth Rally” at the prison located at 501 Mall Road in Harrisburg is set“By us coming together we are able to amplify the impact of the movement,” said H.A.R.P founder Winnie Okello.
