A stunningly customized Pagani Zonda Riviera, originally built as a Zonda F, is up for sale once again. This rare supercar features a bespoke bodywork inspired by the Zonda 760 RS, finished in metallic white with gloss carbon fiber accents. It boasts a powerful 7.3-liter V12 engine generating 750 horsepower and is expected to command a high price at auction.
The Riviera underwent a dramatic transformation in 2017, inspired by the Zonda 760 RS. The body is finished in metallic white, complemented by several gloss carbon fiber parts. One of the few Pagani Zonda s to be offered up for sale through a public auction has hit the market yet again, albeit this time, it’s being offered by a dealer in Germany.
The car in question, known as the Zonda Riviera, was last in late 2019 for $5.88 million. While no asking price has been disclosed for its current sale, speculation suggests it could fetch double that figure today. Like so many other Zondas, the Riviera didn’t originally leave Pagani’s factory looking like this. It began life as a Zonda F before undergoing a dramatic transformation in 2017. Inspired by the original 760 RS, dozens of Zondas have since been returned to Pagani for similar overhauls, emerging as bespoke one-off 760 models. Despite changing hands several times over the years, it still looks as good as new. The exterior is a sight to behold. Not only were all of the panels changed as part of the car’s transformation, it wears a beautiful shade of metallic white paint which has been contrasted by several gloss carbon fiber parts. These include the front splitter, side skirts, front fender flares, roof scoop, shark fin, rear wing, and the huge rear diffuser. Making the car look even more spectacular are several bright blue accents on the front, sides, rear, and the wheels. As expected with a custom Zonda, it’s only fitting that plenty of special touches have been made to the car’s interior. It includes one-off badging and the seats are now clad in a mixture of blue Alcantara and blue leather. Plenty of luscious black leather parts are also found throughout, as are areas of matte carbon fiber. Under the hood, the Riviera boasts the hallmark of all Zonda 760 models—a 7.3-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine, upgraded to produce 750 hp. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a sequential transmission, though some even rarer 760 variants were equipped with a six-speed manual. For Zonda enthusiasts, the Riviera stands as a breathtaking piece of automotive art, and one that might soon add another record-breaking chapter to its storied legacy.
