Ohio State’s athletic department revenue was under $107 million for fiscal year 2021, down from nearly $234 million in fiscal year 2020, due to the impacts of COVID-19.

on Tuesday, Ohio State’s athletic department revenues for FY21 – which ran from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 – were only $106,896,918, down from $233,871,740 in FY20.

Ohio State’s media rights revenue for 2020-21 – which included a shortened 2020 football season – also dropped more than $6 million, to $40,568,770 from $46,849,461.
