The Ohio Cannabis Control Commission (DCC) has implemented a centralized system called the Cannabis Service Center (CSC) to efficiently handle inquiries from diverse stakeholders, including licensees, patients, consumers, and the public. The CSC aims to streamline communication and improve customer service within Ohio's evolving cannabis market.

The Ohio Cannabis Control Commission (DCC) has launched the Cannabis Service Center (CSC), a centralized system designed to effectively manage inquiries from a diverse group of stakeholders, including licensees, medical patients, recreational consumers, the general public, and industry representatives. This initiative aims to streamline the processing and management of the approximately 120 inquiries the Division receives daily.

Jim Canepa, Superintendent of the DCC, highlighted the growing volume of inquiries received over the past year from various individuals, businesses, and industries. While the Division has strived to provide timely responses and helpful guidance, Canepa emphasized that the CSC will enable a more efficient and responsive engagement with stakeholders seeking information, clarification, or expressing concerns regarding Ohio's cannabis market. The CSC serves as a single point of contact for all inquiries, ensuring timely and effective case management. Initially focused on core case management functionalities, the CSC is poised for expansion, including the development of a licensee portal and additional tools to enhance user experience. The Division's overarching mission is to cultivate a fair and equitable marketplace while safeguarding consumer access to safe and tested cannabis products. The CSC is anticipated to significantly contribute to this mission by elevating stakeholder and consumer satisfaction, promoting transparency, and bolstering safety and accountability within Ohio's dynamic cannabis landscape. Individuals can submit inquiries to the CSC via phone at 1-833-464-6627 or electronically through dedicated email addresses: [email protected] for license-related matters and [email protected] for compliance-related inquiries
