A witness who saw the tail-end of a stolen vehicle pursuit that injured two law enforcement officers Thursday is speaking out.

Greece, N.Y. — New details on the 18-year-old suspect have also been uncovered.
Court paperwork obtained by 13WHAM revealed the investigator sustained physical injury consisting of multiple contusions and an acute kidney injury. The sheriff’s deputy sustained an injury to his left arm.Following that crash, Dates reportedly traversed multiple streets and struck another vehicle at the intersection of Mt. Read Blvd and Maiden Lane. The driver of that vehicle was not injured.
Police said he was taken to Greece Town Court for arraignment and was remanded to the Monroe County jail on $75,000 cash bail.
