NYSE sets $7.25 reference price for Palantir direct listing; Asana put at $21
The New York Stock Exchange set a so-called reference price of $7.25 a share for data-mining-software company Palantir Technologies' PLTR, direct listing Wednesday.
In a statement, the exchange said the reference price is not the opening price, but rather a guide for investors. Asana ASAN, , a work collaboration software company which is also going public via a direct listing on Wednesday, has a reference price of $21, according to the New York Stock Exchange.
