NYPD officers fatally shot a pit bull that attacked its owner inside a Queens apartment building on Monday night, police reported.
According to authorities, the incident unfolded just before 9 p.m. on March 30 inside the Ocean Bay Apartments located at 4-14 Beach 58th St. in the Rockaways.When responding officers arrived at the home, they stated they observed the pit bull biting a 28-year-old woman in the arm.
