The Nationalist People’s Coalition has announced it is considering Makati City Mayor Abigail Binay as one of its senatorial candidates in the 2025 midterm elections.Her husband, Makati Rep. Luis Campos, administered the oath of membership in a simple ceremony at the NPC Clubhouse in Quezon City. Present at the event party president Rizal Rep. Michael John Duavit, NPC secretary general Mark Llandro Mendoza, and Tarlac Rep. Jaime Cojuangco.
Binay also emphasized that, for the time being, she will “continue to fulfill her commitment to the people of Makati by improving services and promoting the city as a major tourist and investor destination.”
