When asked if he was interested in making a comeback in the upper chamber, NPC chairperson and former Senate president Vicente Sotto III said that he was “90%” sure about it.“I just want to make sure that I will be capable enough…mabuti na yung naghahanda ,” he told reporters.Sotto added that the party is also considering Senator Lito Lapid and Makati City Mayor Abigail Binay for their senatorial slate.
