Polk lost all major motor skills at five months old, but that hasn't stopped him from helping others communicate.
Kelcey Wenk had a Texas Lottery losing ticket, but a Second-Chance Drawing is offering a chance to travel to the edge of space.“It’s definitely a good fun addiction,” Wenk said.
Back in February, Wenk had a losing Cash Blast scratch ticket. She scanned her ticket and played in the Second-Chance Drawing. It was an official final notice in the mail from the Texas Lottery notifying her that her scratch ticket was selected for the $1 million Cash Blast Space Perspective drawing.
