NORTH KOREAN troops and police have reportedly been ordered to shoot anyone who goes within a kilometre (0.6 miles) of the country's border with China according to incendiary reports.
The draconian move is being introduced in a bid to stop the spread of COVID-19. Until recently North Korea denied having any cases of coronavirus.However last month dictator Kim Jong-un admitted it “could have entered” the country.
