In a quick chat with RG Medestomas, one of Hometown Cafe’s owners and Manila-based photographer, being an artist himself pushes him more to highlight further talents from various fields. “We believe visibility and representation for budding and aspiring artists is important. Let’s be honest, that is one of the ways they can break into the industry and eventually earn whilst enjoying their craft,” RG says.
“With Hometown Cafe having a platform, we make sure to also use it for the good and that to us is uplifting local artists and more,” he adds.
